High-Pressure Air Type Turnkey Project Polyurethane Spray Foam Pre-Insulated Pipe Production Line for 508-1620mm Steel Pipe Manufacturing

Independently developed by HUASHIDA, the Polyurethane Spraying and PE Winding Pre-Insulated Steel Pipe Production Line is protected by multiple national patents. According to a third-party standardization evaluation, its technical performance has reached Level 5, representing an advanced domestic technical level. The equipment has also been recognized as a First Set of Major Technical Equipment in Shandong Province.

The production line adopts continuous or intermittent polyurethane spraying processes and features a high degree of automation and high production efficiency. Its advanced technology helps optimize raw material consumption, increase the closed-cell rate of the foam, reduce water absorption, and achieve integrated molding. These advantages improve product quality, operational reliability, and production efficiency while supporting energy conservation, environmental protection, and sustainable industrial development.

The line follows a continuous, integrated workflow from raw steel pipe to finished, sealed pre-insulated pipe:

7. Printing marks and unloading finished pipe
8. Sealing pipe ends
