High-Efficiency Computerized Pre-Insulated Pipe Making Machine with High-Pressure Air Type Polyurethane Spraying Foam Pre-Insulated Steel Pipe Production Line

The PU Spraying PE Winding Pre-Insulated Pipe Production Line is engineered for manufacturing polyurethane (PU) prefabricated direct-buried thermal insulation pipes. These pipes are widely used in district heating, cooling systems, and crude oil transportation.

The rigid polyurethane spraying PE winding pre-insulated pipe consists of three main layers:

• Working Steel Pipe: Used for transporting the medium.
• Polyurethane (PU) Foam Insulation Layer: Provides excellent thermal insulation.
• Polyethylene (PE) Outer Casing: Protects the insulation layer against moisture, corrosion, and external damage.

• District Heating Systems: For underground hot water and heating networks in residential, commercial, and industrial areas.
• Cooling Systems: For thermal insulation of chilled water and low-temperature fluid transportation pipelines.
• Oil Transportation: For maintaining medium temperature and reducing heat loss during crude oil transportation.
• Industrial Pipelines: For thermal insulation and protection of pipelines in chemical plants, power plants, and other industrial facilities.
• Municipal Infrastructure: For underground pipeline networks requiring long-term thermal insulation and corrosion protection.

• Anti-corrosion and thermal insulation pipelines used in heating, cooling, and crude oil transportation.
• Medium temperature: ≤120°C (occasional peak temperature below 140°C).
• Medium pressure: ≤2.5 MPa.
• Installation methods: Mainly direct burial, with trench and overhead installation also available.

• Uniform Density: The polyurethane foam insulation layer features uniform and controllable density, ensuring consistent insulation performance.
• Excellent Insulation Quality: The spraying process produces a continuous, compact foam layer with no internal voids.
• Strong Bonding Performance: The rough surface of the polyurethane foam provides strong bonding with the polyethylene outer casing, with a shear strength of over 200 kPa.
• Flexible Thickness Design: The thickness of both the polyurethane insulation layer and the polyethylene outer casing can be customized according to project requirements.
• High Production Efficiency: The production line features a high degree of automation, ensuring stable operation, consistent product quality, and improved production efficiency.
