The Automatic HDPE Pipe Making Machine is a high-precision HDPE pipe production line built to make protective casing for pre-insulated pipe systems. A precision vacuum calibration table shapes each pipe while the PE melt is still hot. This keeps wall thickness even and lets the casing bond firmly with the PUR foam insulation layer, which is why this PE pipe extrusion line stands apart from general-purpose plastic pipe equipment.

Finished pre-insulated pipe casing complies with EN253, EN14241, and GB/T29047, with smooth surfaces, accurate dimensions, and long-term mechanical protection for underground use.
