The fourth generation PE/PP double-wall corrugated pipe production line is independently developed and upgraded by Qingdao Huashida Machinery. This solution adopts continuous 360-degree enclosed pressurized water cooling, breaking the performance bottlenecks of air cooling and local water spray cooling. It realizes homogeneous heat dissipation over the whole mould block surface and greatly elevates cooling capacity. With optimized heat exchange structure, the production throughput can triple compared with traditional air-cooled and ordinary water-cooled models, ideal for large-volume continuous manufacturing.

The cooling pipelines are pre-fixed as an integrated structure, no repeated dismantling required when swapping moulds. This cuts down setup and commissioning time, prevents liquid leakage and pressure loss issues, secures stable running, and helps save power consumption and routine maintenance expenses.

The line is equipped with Huashida in-house developed high-performance single-screw extruder specially tailored for PE/PP materials. With grooved barrel and buffered positive feeding structure, it guarantees steady material conveying and extrusion while reducing the load of the main drive motor. The streamlined runner design of the die lowers extrusion pressure and part abrasion, prolonging the service life of the screw and die assembly. It delivers consistent premium pipe quality with reduced power input and lower operational cost.

Fitted with heavy-duty alloy cutting blades and continuous fully-shrouded cutting structure, the machine generates clean, burr-free and distortion-free pipe ends. Matched with high-accuracy follow-up tracking control, it pinpoints cutting positions precisely and controls dimensional tolerance within a tiny range, so finished pipes can satisfy strict technical specifications.
