The Huashida 3LPE FBE pipe coating machine is a fully automatic, turnkey steel pipe coating line engineered for factory-applied anti-corrosion pipe coating of large-diameter steel pipe. Coating Principle

FBE (fusion bonded epoxy) powder is a non-toxic, thermosetting anti-corrosion material. After precise high-temperature curing, the epoxy powder coating forms a dense, cross-linked protective film with outstanding chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, anti-aging performance and high mechanical strength. The FBE primer bonds tightly to the Sa2.5 shot blasted steel surface, giving superior adhesion, acid and alkali tolerance and excellent cathodic disbondment resistance, the core performance indicator for buried and offshore oil and gas pipeline anti-corrosion systems.

The intermediate polymer adhesive layer fuses onto the uncured FBE surface, then bonds firmly with the outer polyethylene sheath. This forms the three-layer polyethylene (3LPE) composite structure, the defining advantage of industrial-grade buried steel pipe coating equipment.
