The single screw is equipped with a barrier mixing head and paired with a newly designed slotted barrel. This configuration delivers excellent plasticization, high throughput and reliable performance.

The vacuum calibration tank mainly consists of a frame, stainless steel tank body, vacuum system, spray cooling system and position adjustment assembly. The vacuum pump evacuates air from the sealed tank, pressing the newly extruded pipe tightly against the sizing copper sleeve to fix its outer diameter. Spray nozzles release cooling water from all directions to rapidly cool the pipe surface.

The haul-off machine mainly consists of a drive unit, hauling tracks, clamping mechanism, adjustment system, side plates and base frame. Its hauling tracks are driven by AC motors with frequency conversion control to adapt to different extrusion speeds. Equipped with an automatic length measuring device, it enables cutting to preset lengths.

This cutter adopts the blade punching principle to achieve dust-free cutting. It mainly consists of a cutting assembly, clamping assembly, synchronous motion mechanism and frame.

It is fitted with a stainless steel tabletop and adopts pneumatic turnover for automatic discharging.
