The single screw is fitted with a barrier mixing head and matched with a newly designed slotted barrel. This combination ensures superior plasticization, high throughput and reliable performance.

The vacuum calibration tank is mainly composed of a frame, stainless steel tank body, vacuum system, spray cooling system and position adjustment unit. The vacuum pump draws air out of the sealed tank, pressing the freshly extruded pipe firmly against the sizing copper sleeve to set its outer diameter. Spray nozzles discharge cooling water from all directions for fast surface cooling of the pipe.

The haul-off machine mainly comprises a drive unit, tracks, clamping mechanism, adjustment system, side plates and base frame. Its hauling tracks are powered by AC motors with frequency conversion control to match various extrusion speeds. Fitted with an automatic length measuring device, it supports cutting to preset lengths.

This cutter applies the blade punching principle to realize dust-free cutting. It is mainly composed of a cutting assembly, clamping assembly, synchronous motion mechanism and frame.

It features a stainless steel tabletop and uses pneumatic turnover to realize automatic discharge.
