This Automatic 3PE Steel Pipe Coating Machine is a professional pipe anti-corrosion equipment system for 76–325 mm steel pipes, built for industrial, gas, water and oil pipeline projects. It integrates shot blasting, induction heating, FBE epoxy powder spraying, adhesive extrusion and PE co-extrusion into one 3PE pipe coating line, so factories get stable, repeatable coating quality from a single pipeline coating machine.

The O-Type round-die co-extrusion technology applies a 360° uniform 3LPE coating thickness without repeated manual adjustment when switching pipe sizes.
