Turnkey 3-4unit/H Spraying & Winding Type Pre-Insulated Pipe Production Line and Polyurethane Insulated Pipe Manufacturing Line

The Polyurethane Spraying & Polyethylene Winding Pre-Insulated Pipe Production Line was independently developed by HUASHIDA and holds a number of national patents. According to third-party standardization evaluation, its technical advancement level is rated Level 5, reaching the domestic advanced level. It was awarded the title of First Set of Technical Equipment in Shandong Province.

The line adopts either a continuous spraying or an intermittent spraying production process. It offers a high degree of automation, fast production efficiency, and savings in raw materials. The foaming closed-cell rate is increased and water absorption is reduced. Through trinity molding, performance is more reliable. The process is low-carbon and environmentally friendly, delivering higher economic and social benefits.

1. Steel Pipe Pretreatment, Rust Removal & Cleaning: The surface of the steel pipe is first rust-removed, typically by shot blasting or sand blasting, to ensure it is clean and free of rust, oil, and other impurities. Preheating: The cleaned steel pipe is preheated so that the subsequent polyurethane can better adhere to the steel pipe surface during foaming.
2. Polyurethane Foaming Spray: Polyurethane raw materials are mixed through a high-pressure foaming machine and sprayed evenly onto the preheated steel pipe surface. The raw materials foam rapidly on the surface to form the insulation layer.
3. Outer Sheath Wrapping: A polyethylene (PE) outer sheath is wrapped around the outside of the polyurethane insulation layer. Cooling & Shaping: The wound pipe is cooled and shaped to ensure the outer sheath and insulation layer are tightly combined, forming a stable structure.
4. Cutting & Trimming: The insulated pipe is cut to the required length according to customer needs. Trimming: The pipe end is trimmed to ensure a flat end surface for subsequent installation and connection.
