Huashida’s high-efficiency extrusion line is designed for manufacturing black HDPE outer casing pipes used in PU foam pre-insulated pipes. The single screw comes with a barrier and mixing head, paired with a slotted barrel of the latest design. This combination guarantees excellent plasticization, high output and consistent performance.

The vacuum calibration tank consists mainly of a frame, stainless steel tank body, vacuum system, spray cooling system and position adjusting unit. The vacuum pump evacuates air from the sealed tank, pressing the newly extruded pipe tightly against the sizing copper sleeve to fix its outer diameter. Spray nozzles eject cooling water from all directions to rapidly cool the pipe surface.

The haul-off machine mainly comprises a drive unit, tracks, clamping mechanism, adjustment system, side plates and base frame. Its hauling tracks are powered by AC motors with frequency conversion control to match various extrusion speeds. Fitted with an automatic length measuring device, it supports cutting to preset lengths.

The cutter adopts the blade punching principle for dust-free cutting. It mainly consists of a cutting unit, clamping unit, synchronous moving mechanism and frame.

Its tabletop is stainless steel built and adopts pneumatic turnover for automatic discharge.
