Huashida high-efficiency extrusion line is purpose-built to manufacture black HDPE outer jacket pipes for PU foam pre-insulated pipelines. It features fast production speed, low energy consumption and a compact layout. Equipped with an automatic control system, it ensures stable operation and long service life.

The single screw adopts a barrier mixing section, paired with a slotted new-style barrel. This design delivers excellent plasticization, high output and consistent performance.

The vacuum calibration tank consists mainly of a frame, stainless steel water tank, vacuum system, spray cooling system and position adjustment unit. The vacuum pump evacuates air from the sealed tank, pressing the freshly extruded pipe against the calibration copper sleeve to fix its outer diameter. Multi-directional spray nozzles shower the pipe surface with cooling water for rapid cooling.

The haul-off unit mainly consists of a drive assembly, tracks, clamping mechanism, adjustment system, side plates and base frame. Its haul-off tracks are powered by an AC motor with VFD control to match varying extrusion speeds. A built-in automatic length-measuring device supports cutting to the preset length.

This cutter works on the blade punching principle for dust-free cutting. It mainly comprises a cutting assembly, clamping unit, synchronous motion mechanism and frame.

The tabletop is constructed from stainless steel and features pneumatic tilting for automatic unloading.
