1. Full-circumferential Pressurized Water Cooling for Higher Output & Efficiency
Adopting continuous full-circumferential pressurized water cooling, the system solves the limitations of air cooling and spot water cooling. It achieves uniform heat dissipation across the entire mould area and substantially improves cooling efficiency. Thanks to optimized heat exchange, its capacity reaches more than three times that of conventional air-cooled or ordinary water-cooled units, making it perfect for mass production.
2. Fixed Cooling Pipelines - Energy Saving & Low Maintenance
Permanently installed cooling pipelines eliminate repeated disassembly during mould replacement. This shortens commissioning time, avoids leakage and pressure-drop faults, ensures stable operation, and reduces energy consumption as well as maintenance costs.
3. Custom High-efficiency Low-pressure Extrusion System to Cut Power Consumption
It is fitted with Huashida's self-developed high-efficiency single-screw extruder dedicated to PE/PP. Featuring a grooved barrel and buffered forced feeding, it maintains stable material conveying and extrusion while lowering main motor power draw. The streamlined, optimised die flow path reduces extrusion pressure and component wear, extending the service life of the screw and die head. Superior pipe quality is delivered with less energy input and lower production costs.
4. Precision Full-enclosure Cutting System for Superior Pipe Surface Quality
Equipped with high-strength alloy blades and continuous full-enclosure cutting, the unit produces smooth, burr-free and distortion-free pipe cuts. Paired with a high-precision tracking system, it locates cutting positions accurately and keeps dimensional errors to a minimum, ensuring finished pipes meet high specification standards.
