The single screw is equipped with a barrier and mixing head, and the new-model barrel features slotting (channels). Together they ensure good plasticization, large output, and stable performance.

The vacuum calibration tank is mainly composed of a frame, stainless steel tank, vacuum system, spray cooling system, and position adjustment device. The vacuum pump exhausts air from the sealed tank to pressurize the fresh pipe against the calibrating copper sleeve and calibrate the outer diameter. Spray nozzles spray cooling water from all directions onto the pipe surface to cool the pipe promptly.

The haul-off machine is mainly composed of a driving device, track, clamping structure, adjusting system, side plate, and foundation bed. The haul-off tracks are driven by an AC motor with frequency conversion control to adapt to different extrusion speeds. An automatic length measuring device enables cutting at the set length.

The cutter adopts a blade punching principle to achieve no-dust cutting. It is mainly composed of a cutting device, clamping device, structure synchronous movement device, and frame.

The table surface is made of stainless steel. It uses pneumatic overturn for automatic discharging.
