110-2200mm HDPE Jacket Pipe Extrusion Machine with Dust-Free Planetary Cutting and Automatic Operation

The HDPE Jacket Pipe Extrusion Line, manufactured by Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd., is designed to produce thin-walled HDPE outer casing pipes for directly buried polyurethane (PU) pre-insulated pipes. The HDPE jacket provides reliable protection for the insulation layer against moisture, corrosion, and external mechanical damage.

The production line adopts vacuum calibration technology to ensure stable pipe forming, uniform wall thickness, and smooth inner and outer surfaces. Equipped with a PLC control system, it offers convenient operation, high production efficiency, and reliable performance.
