The anti-corrosion coating processing line includes:
-steel pipe transmission system
-Internal and external shot blasting system
-dust collection system
-pipe heating system
-electrostatic spraying system
-PE coating system
-water cooling system
-end cutting system
-hydraulic and pneumatic system
-testing system
-electronic control system
Pipe is received, identified and measured, and the first recorded values are diameter, wall thickness and pipe temperature. External shot blasting to Sa 2.5 or better follows, and the blast profile is measured and recorded per pipe rather than per batch, because profile is the property most easily lost and the one an auditor is most likely to sample. Purging and end masking follow with the cutback dimension recorded. Induction heating brings the surface into the coating window with the surface temperature measured on the pipe and logged with a timestamp. Epoxy powder, adhesive extrusion and polyethylene then follow in sequence, with the powder booth and extruder settings captured in the batch record. Cooling uses a water spray circuit with a closed treatment stage, so that discharge is controlled rather than incidental. The coating is holiday tested and thickness gauged, and the finished pipe record includes blast profile, coating thickness, cutback, holiday result and the machine settings that produced them. The record is exportable, which is the point of the exercise, because that export file is what the plant's own quality system will be audited on.
1. Pipe diameter:114-1220mm (4-48 Inch)
2. Processing capacity: ≥250m2/h (can be customized up to 800m²/h )
3. Cleaning level: ≥Sa2.5
4. Materials for production: epoxy powder, adhesive, polyethylene
External three layer polyethylene coating follows DIN 30670, and where a project names its own specification instead, that specification governs. Surface preparation follows ISO 8501-1 and is measured after blasting. Material certificates follow EN 10204 type 3.1 for the relevant parts. Machinery for the European market is supplied with a technical file, risk assessment and CE marking. Where an inspection body is appointed by the buyer, the machine is prepared for that inspection rather than only for our own works test.
Buried transmission and distribution pipelines in European member states; district heating mains; water and wastewater mains; industrial piping in chemical and energy plants; pipe for utility replacement programmes; coating work under framework agreements with European utilities. Buyers are commonly established coating applicators who are adding capacity or replacing an older line, and the audit route inside their company usually decides the outcome of the tender. We therefore quote the instrumentation and the record format explicitly, since those are the two items most often underestimated at budget stage and most often the reason a project is delayed.
Site supervision by 2 to 3 engineers over 15 to 30 days, with commissioning and the documentation handover sequenced so the buyer's own audit can run in parallel. Training covers the recording regime as well as the machine operation, because on a European site the two are not separable. Documentation in English covers layout, foundation, electrical, PID, manuals, the machinery technical file and the batch record specification. Critical spares by air within 72 hours, with a recommended two-year holding. Machine warranty 12 months, drive train 24 months.

Why Choose Qingdao Huashida
We build three layer anti-corrosion lines to DIN 30670 as well as ISO 21809-1 and GB/T 23257, and the recording regime a European audit expects is part of how we already supply the line rather than an extra ordered later. Our anti-corrosion machinery has been recognised on the Shandong Province First-Set Technical Equipment list, and we operate pipeline coating companies of our own, so the process control records we design are ones we use in our own production.
---FAQ---
Q: Does the line come with CE marking?
A: Yes. A line supplied into the European market is provided with its own technical file and risk assessment and is CE marked as machinery, separately from the coating standard it applies.
Q: How is conformity to DIN 30670 demonstrated on each pipe?
A: By a recorded set of values per pipe: blast profile, pipe surface temperature at coating, coating thickness, cutback dimension and holiday test result. The record is exportable so the buyer's own quality system can hold it.
Q: Are material certificates supplied?
A: Yes, EN 10204 type 3.1 for the parts where it is relevant, which is what a European plant's own audit trail normally expects to receive.
Q: How are dust emission and water discharge handled?
A: The extraction and the water treatment stage are quoted against the local limits at your site rather than against a general figure, because those limits differ between member states.
Q: Can an appointed inspection body witness the tests?
A: Yes. The machine is prepared for third party inspection, and we plan the works test so an appointed inspector can attend without holding up shipment.
Q: What diameter range does the line cover?
A: DN114 mm to DN1220 mm, which is 4 inch to 48 inch, with wall thickness from 4 to 20 mm.
Q: Is the batch record format fixed?
A: The format is agreed at order stage so it can be accepted by your own system. It is one of the items we settle early, because changing a record format after delivery is more disruptive than it sounds.
Q: What crew and training does the line need?
A: Four operators per shift, with training covering the recording regime as well as operation, since on an audited site the two go together.
