PU PUR Spray Foaming Production Line for Pre-Insulated Pipeline Manufacturing

Huashida's pre-insulated pipe production line is designed to manufacture directly buried thermal insulation pipes. The finished pipe consists of a steel working pipe, a rigid polyurethane (PU) foam insulation layer, and a polyethylene (PE) outer protective jacket.

The line integrates continuous PU spraying and PE jacket winding processes, ensuring efficient production and consistent product quality. Its advanced automation helps optimize raw material utilization, improve foaming quality and closed-cell performance, and reduce water absorption. The integrated three-layer pipe structure provides reliable thermal insulation and long-term protection for underground pipeline systems.
