This large diameter HDPE spiral corrugated pipe machine is a complete corrugated pipe extrusion machine for producing Weholite-type hollow-wall corrugated pipes from Ø400 mm up to Ø3000 mm. Using multi-material HDPE, PP and PVC processing, the corrugated pipe making machine forms an I-Beam structured wall with a high strength-to-weight ratio and ring stiffness of SN4, SN8 or SN16.

The finished large diameter corrugated pipes replace concrete and cast iron in sewage collection, stormwater drainage and road culvert projects. They offer up to 50 years of service life, strong chemical resistance and a choice of rubber ring socket or electro-fusion joints. A PLC keeps this automatic corrugated pipe line stable from profile extrusion to final cutting.
