Using a continuous polyurethane spray foaming and PE wrapping process, it produces direct buried pipes for district heating pipe networks, chilled water distribution, and oil gas pipeline insulation. As a turnkey insulated pipe production line, it brings every stage into one vendor-unified pipe machine line: an external pipe Sa2.5 shot blasting and derusting line, medium-frequency induction preheating, a continuous PUR spray foaming machine, a PE wrap winding line, and a pipe end trimming machine — all managed by a PLC electrical control system.
