Heat Shrinkable Sleeve Tape Production Line for Pipeline Corrosion Protection
Huashida's Heat Shrink Sleeve Tape Production Line is designed for manufacturing heat-shrinkable tapes used for steel pipeline corrosion protection.
The complete production line consists of two main sections: a backing material production line and an adhesive coating line, covering the production of the tape substrate and the subsequent adhesive coating process.
The finished products are widely used for corrosion protection of steel pipelines, welded joints, and field joints in oil and gas transmission systems.
The production line can be customized according to customers' requirements for tape width, thickness, adhesive layer, and finished roll length, providing a flexible manufacturing solution for pipeline anti-corrosion materials.

Feature
Fast shrinkage speed, good waterproof performance, good anti-corrosive performance, long service life, convenient transportation and fast construction.
Installation
When heat is applied to the sleeve wrapped around a joint, the adhesive melts and becomes a liquid while the sleeve backing begins to shrink. The radial shrinking forces of the sleeve squeezes the fluid adhesive into all the pipe surface irregularities, while the sleeve conforms tightly to the joint profile. On cooling, the adhesive solidifies, creating a tough bond to the pipe and the coating.
