This production line is designed to manufacture heat-shrinkable tapes for corrosion protection of steel pipelines. The finished tapes typically consist of a polymer backing and a heat-activated adhesive layer, providing reliable bonding and protection when correctly applied.

Applications include buried oil and gas pipelines, welded joints, and pipeline connection areas. Production specifications can be customized according to the required tape width, thickness, and roll length.

Product process flow :

1.PE Film Extrusion: The PE backing film is produced according to customer specifications.
2.Radiation Crosslinking: The film undergoes radiation crosslinking to improve heat resistance, mechanical properties, and heat-shrink performance.
3.Stretching and Adhesive Coating: The irradiated film is heated and stretched to the required ratio, then coated with hot-melt adhesive.
4.Winding: The finished heat-shrinkable tape is cooled and wound into rolls according to customer requirements.
