Rubber-plastic sponge thermal insulation foams are compounded from acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, polyvinyl chloride and multiple premium additives, manufactured via extrusion and foaming routes without chlorofluorocarbons (CFC-free).

This material delivers outstanding comprehensive performance including flexibility, good flex fatigue resistance, cold & heat endurance, flame retardancy, water repellency, low thermal conductivity, vibration damping and sound absorption.

Applications
