Automatic HDPE PP Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line

Huashida's Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line is designed for high-speed, efficient production of corrugated pipes using high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polypropylene (PP). The advanced water-cooling system supports rapid pipe forming and stable continuous production.

The line can be configured to produce single-wall and double-wall corrugated pipes for different market requirements. The pipes feature low weight, high impact strength, corrosion resistance, and excellent durability under varying environmental conditions.

Typical applications include municipal sewage systems, stormwater drainage, underground cable protection, agricultural irrigation, and construction projects.

Cooling water lines adopt fixed connections, eliminating water seepage and equipment wear caused by frequent pipe plugging/unplugging, thus extending service life,Shorter flow channel in the die head results in lower pressure, reducing wear and prolonging the service life of the screw and die head.
