PEXA/PERT prefabricated insulated plastic piping system is a high-performance solution that combines cross-linked polyethylene (PEX-a) technology with polyurethane insulation, widely applied in modern construction and industrial applications.The production line has been granted patent CN2018 2146 2223.X and is recognized as the first (set) of technical equipment in Shandong Province.

The system consists of three integrated layers:
Inner service pipe (PE-Xa or PE-RT II material)
Polyurethane foam insulation layer
HDPE outer protective casing

Meticulously Designed for PERT: Every component, from the extruder to the cooling system, is custom-engineered to meet the unique demands of PERT insulation pipe production, guaranteeing superior quality.

Low Heat Loss, High Efficiency: Utilizing polyurethane rigid foam for insulation, our PERT insulated pipes exhibit exceptionally low thermal conductivity (λ = 0.013-0.03 kcal/m·h·ºC), outperforming conventional insulation materials by 4-9 times.  
 
Minimal Water Absorption: The high closed-cell rate of the polyurethane foam (approximately 92%) results in a very low water absorption rate of about 0.2 kg/m².  

Superior Anti-Corrosion Properties: The polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer forms a tight bond with the working pipe, effectively isolating it from air and water infiltration, thus preventing corrosion and ensuring long-term structural integrity.  

Extended Service Life: PERT insulated pipes offer an impressive service life of over 50 years, significantly longer (3-4 times) than pipes installed using traditional trench or overhead laying methods. This durability reduces maintenance, replacement costs, and offers substantial environmental benefits.

Small Land Occupation & Fast Construction: Eliminating the need for large trenches, this solution reduces earth excavation by over 50% and civil engineering and concrete usage by 90%, while also shortening the construction period by more than 50%.
