PE Cold Applied Tape Pipeline Anticorrosion Wrap Tape Making Line
The PE Anti-Corrosion Tape Production Line is designed for manufacturing cold-applied polymeric adhesive tapes used for corrosion protection of oil, gas, water and other industrial pipelines.
The complete production system integrates PE base film extrusion, adhesive coating, slitting and rewinding. HDPE or LDPE is processed into a uniform polyethylene backing film, followed by precision coating with specially formulated butyl rubber or other adhesive compounds. The finished tape provides reliable adhesion, mechanical protection and resistance to moisture and environmental conditions.
With continuous extrusion, precision coating and automatic winding technology, the production line offers stable operation, consistent product quality and efficient production. The equipment can also be customized according to the customer's required tape width, thickness, production capacity, voltage and automation configuration.
