Large Diameter HDPE Casing Pipe Extrusion Line for PUF Pre-Insulated Pipelines

The PE Series Pre-Insulated Pipe Extrusion Line from Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. is designed with advanced German extrusion technology. It integrates extrusion, vacuum calibration, cooling, pulling, cutting, and stacking into one highly automated production system.
The line features strong extrusion capacity, stable operation, high production efficiency, and long service life, providing a reliable solution for PE pre-insulated pipe production.
Compared with traditional internal pressure calibration, vacuum calibration offers excellent pipe stiffness, higher pressure resistance, and a smoother, more uniform surface finish. This technology helps ensure consistent pipe quality and efficient production.

This production line is mainly used to produce HDPE outer sheath pipes for PUF (polyurethane foam) pre-insulated pipes.
