The steel pipe internal liquid epoxy coating production line is an efficient anti-corrosion solution specially designed for steel pipe inner-wall protection. High-pressure airless spraying technology is adopted to apply liquid epoxy coating onto the pipe interior. Main Functions of Internal Pipe Coating

Typical Coating Structure & Process Flow
Abrasive blast cleaning: Shot-blast the inner surface to reach Sa 2.5 cleanliness grade, obtain clean metal substrate with proper anchor profile for high coating adhesion.
High-pressure airless spraying: Apply high-performance liquid epoxy primer uniformly on inner pipe wall, forming dense, smooth and firmly-bonded primary anti-corrosion layer.
Optional functional topcoat: Extra wear-resistant or anti-fouling topcoat can be applied according to actual working conditions.
Thermal curing: Cure coating inside curing oven to form continuous, intact and compact protective lining.
