The steel pipe internal liquid epoxy coating production line is an efficient anti-corrosion solution specially designed for steel pipe inner-wall protection. High-pressure airless spraying technology is adopted to apply liquid epoxy coating onto the pipe interior. The finished coating delivers strong adhesion, excellent chemical resistance, reduces inner-surface roughness and flow resistance, prevents medium pollution and internal scaling, greatly extends pipe service life and cuts long-term O&M costs.
This production line is widely applicable for oil & gas transmission pipelines, water supply & drainage pipelines and other process steel pipes.

Main Functions of Internal Pipe Coating

Long-term corrosion protection: Isolate steel substrate from transported media (oil, gas, water etc.) to avoid chemical and electrochemical corrosion.

Improve transportation efficiency: Lower inner-wall roughness to reduce fluid friction resistance.

Anti-fouling performance: Prevent medium contamination and internal scale / deposit formation.

Cost optimization: Extend pipeline service life and reduce full-life-cycle operation and maintenance expenses.


Typical Coating Structure & Process Flow
Abrasive blast cleaning: Shot-blast the inner surface to reach Sa 2.5 cleanliness grade, obtain clean metal substrate with proper anchor profile for high coating adhesion.
High-pressure airless spraying: Apply high-performance liquid epoxy primer uniformly on inner pipe wall, forming dense, smooth and firmly-bonded primary anti-corrosion layer.
Optional functional topcoat: Extra wear-resistant or anti-fouling topcoat can be applied according to actual working conditions.
Thermal curing: Cure coating inside curing oven to form continuous, intact and compact protective lining.
