Product Overview

This equipment is specially designed for the surface treatment and 3-layer PE (3PE) coating of hot bending pipes, as well as certain section steel and structural parts with suitable dimensions. The integrated production line combines shot blasting, intermediate frequency heating, 3PE coating, and rapid cooling into one continuous process. It effectively removes surface rust, welding slag, and stress, while enhancing coating adhesion and improving the overall mechanical and anti-corrosion performance of the pipe.

  • Pipe Transportation System: Ensures smooth and stable movement of the pipes throughout the entire coating process.

Coating Structure - 3-Layer PE
  • Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) Layer: Provides excellent chemical resistance and strong adhesion. It forms a high-strength, cross-linked molecular structure after curing.
  • Adhesive Layer: Acts as a bonding bridge between the epoxy layer and polyethylene outer layer, ensuring cohesive strength across all three layers.
  • Polyethylene (PE) Outer Layer: Offers excellent resistance to abrasion, mechanical impact, and moisture. It serves as the main protective barrier in underground or exposed pipeline environments.

Technical Specifications

The equipment is suitable for hot bend pipes with diameters of 426 mm, 630 mm, 720 mm, and 820 mm. It supports bending radii of 4D to 6D and angles between 15 and 90 degrees. Pipe wall thickness should range between 8 mm and 12 mm.
