Product Overview
The 2PE, 3LPE, and FBE epoxy-coated steel pipes are widely applied in pipeline systems for oil, gas, water, and other fluid transportation. They provide excellent resistance against chemicals, moisture, and harsh environments.
The 3-layer PE coating consists of:
- First layer: FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy) coating
- Second layer: Adhesive layer
- Third layer: Polyethylene outer layer
The Steel Elbow 3PE Anti-Corrosion Production Line is designed to process bent steel pipes. It integrates rust removal, epoxy powder coating, 3PE winding, cooling, and spraying into one line, ensuring high-quality and durable anti-corrosion protection.
