The High Throughput O-Type 3LPE FBE Steel Pipe Coating Line is a professional fully automatic small-bore steel pipe anti-corrosion coating system, specially customized and optimized for oil and gas gathering line anti-corrosion projects. Different from traditional modified large-diameter pipe coating equipment, this dedicated O-Type round die 3LPE coating machine is independently calibrated for 76-325mm small-bore steel pipes, fully matching dimensional standards and anti-corrosion requirements of oilfield gathering pipelines, municipal gas distribution pipelines and industrial fluid transmission pipelines.

This integrated small bore FBE 3LPE coating line covers the full one-stop anti-corrosion production process: automatic steel pipe conveying, external shot blasting rust removal up to Sa2.5 standard, intelligent dust collection system, medium-frequency induction heating, electrostatic FBE epoxy powder spraying, hot melt adhesive extrusion, exclusive O-Type round die 2LPE/3LPE co-extrusion, circulating water spray cooling, automatic pipe end grinding and beveling, hydraulic & pneumatic control, finished pipe quality inspection and full PLC intelligent control system. Supporting single-operator automatic operation, the line delivers stable high throughput over 150m²/h, realizing high-efficiency, standardized and high-precision oil gas pipeline anti-corrosion coating.

Equipped with patented O-Type round die co-extrusion technology, this small-bore pipe coating equipment achieves 360° uniform and consistent 3LPE coating thickness on 76-325mm steel pipes. It requires no repeated manual adjustment during pipe size switching, completely solving common industry points of traditional spiral coating lines - uneven coating thickness, low production efficiency and high defective rate when processing small-diameter steel pipes. Finished 3LPE coated steel pipes provide superior comprehensive anti-corrosion performance, with excellent resistance to acid, alkali, salt and oxidative corrosion.
