The Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line is a new type of high-speed water-cooled corrugated pipe production line developed and designed based on advanced foreign technology. This system primarily uses polypropylene (PP) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as raw materials to produce single and double wall corrugated pipes.
Due to its unique structure, these pipes offer significant advantages including light weight, excellent impact resistance, strong corrosion resistance, and reliable cold and heat resistance. They are widely used in urban drainage (water supply), geographical infiltration, construction water supply and drainage, PEF applications, wire and cable laying, bridge steel cable sheathing, agricultural irrigation, and various other industrial fields.
The DWCP series high-speed corrugated pipe forming machine features a closed water-cooled structure, with the mold base driving left and right modules to move within a closed curve. The gear-driven mold base structure provides automatic compensation for mechanical wear, ensuring smooth operation, low noise levels, long service life, and high synchronization accuracy.
The uniquely designed circulating water circuit offers high reliability, excellent cooling performance, and minimal water impact in the pipeline. This design enhances the reliability of continuous pipe production and ensures superior surface forming quality.
