Product Overview

Huashida TPEP 3LPE FBE steel pipe anti-corrosion coating line is a fully automatic integrated steel pipe anti-corrosion production system for factory-applied anti-corrosion treatment of large diameter steel pipes. It supports multiple coating workflows: single layer FBE, 2LPE, 2LPP and 3LPE composite anti-corrosion coating, widely deployed for oil gas pipelines, oilfield projects, district heating networks, municipal water supply and buried pipeline construction across Middle East, Central Asia, Russia and Africa markets.

This complete turnkey 3LPE coating line unifies internal external shot blasting derusting, medium frequency induction heating, electrostatic FBE epoxy powder spraying, hot melt adhesive extrusion, outer PE cladding, water spray cooling, pipe end beveling and central PLC automatic control. It achieves one-step synchronous forming of internal FBE epoxy primer, intermediate adhesive layer and outer 3LPE polyethylene protective layer, complying with ISO 21809-1, DIN 30670 international anti-corrosion standards for long-service buried steel pipeline protection.

Coating Principle

FBE epoxy powder is non-toxic thermosetting anti-corrosion raw material. After precise high temperature curing, it forms dense high molecular crosslinked protective film with outstanding chemical corrosion resistance, wear resistance, anti-aging performance and high mechanical strength. The FBE base layer bonds tightly with Sa2.5 blast-cleaned steel substrate, delivering superior adhesion, acid-alkali tolerance and excellent cathodic disbondment resistance, core indicator for buried oil gas pipeline anti-corrosion performance.

The intermediate polymer adhesive fuses perfectly onto uncured FBE epoxy surface, then bonds firmly with outer polyethylene sheath, constructing robust three layer composite anti-corrosion structure, core technical advantage of industrial grade buried steel pipe coating equipment.
