Our high-performance radiation cross-linked PE heat shrink sleeve is a professional pre-insulated pipe girth weld joint protection material, specially developed for sealing and anti-corrosion of district heating pre-insulated pipe joints, chilled water distribution pipeline joints and PU foam insulated steel pipe girth weld connections.

As mainstream field joint coating material for buried pre-insulated pipeline projects widely used in Russia, Central Asia and Middle-East markets, this heat shrink sleeve solves joint water-ingress risks for underground heating networks.

Adopting premium two-layer composite structure: radiation cross-linked polyethylene backing (tensile strength 19.47 MPa, elongation 626%) compounded with high-adhesion imported hot-melt adhesive (peel strength 145.6N/cm to steel). It forms a seamless integrated protective barrier, keeping the same thermal-insulation and anti-corrosion performance as factory-produced pre-insulated pipe sections.
