3LPE FBE Anti-corrosion Coating Line of Steel Pipe 

This external 3LPE & FBE anti‑corrosion coating line is designed for plant‑applied anti‑corrosion treatment of steel pipes covering a wide range of diameters.

The 3‑layer PE system consists of a fusion‑bonded epoxy powder primer, a copolymer adhesive intermediate layer and a polyethylene outer sheath. This coating system is extensively adopted for oil‑gas trunk pipelines, municipal gas and water supply networks, as well as diverse fluid conveyance piping.

3LPE coating delivers outstanding mechanical reinforcement for steel substrates, featuring superior electrical insulation, water resistance, abrasion resistance and anti‑ageing capabilities.

Three‑layer polyethylene (3LPE) coating represents an advanced outer‑protection solution for buried steel pipelines. It is extensively deployed for corrosion mitigation of oil & gas trunk lines, municipal gas distribution networks, water supply piping and other fluid‑conveying pipelines.

The 3LPE coating improves the mechanical strength of steel substrates, and delivers excellent electrical resistance, water impermeability, abrasion resistance and long‑term anti‑ageing properties.
