Our Advantages
Higher production speed: mold adopts continuous circumferential pressure water cooling along the entire running track, delivering superior cooling effect. The output can be up to 3 times higher than models with air cooling or conventional water cooling
Lower power consumption: The extruder is equipped with a buffered forced feeding zone, which greatly reduces power consumption of the main drive motor (by 30%)The screw features a large L/D ratio of 36:1, offering strong material adaptability and excellent plasticization effect.
Mold Interchangeability: Moulds for large‑ and small‑capacity lines are mutually compatible. It brings great convenience for production planning, minimizes spare‑parts stock and accelerates order delivery.
More stable and durable: Optimized guide tracks for mould blocks and water‑cooling loops deliver much smoother operation. Fixed‑type cooling water connections prevent water leakage and component deterioration triggered by repeated hose disconnections. The shortened die‑head flow channel cuts internal operating pressure, alleviates abrasion on critical components, so both extruder screw and die head can serve for much longer time.
