HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line for Municipal Drainage

Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line is a new type of high-speed water-cooled corrugated pipe production  line developed and designed by ourselves based on advanced foreign technology. Mainly using polypropylene (PP) or  high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as raw materials. Production of single and double wall corrugated pipes. Due to its  unique structure, this pipe has the advantages of light weight, good impact resistance, strong corrosion resistance, and  cold and heat resistance. It is widely used in urban drainage (water supply), geographical infiltration, construction water supply and drainage, PEF, wire and cable laying, bridge steel cable sheath, agricultural irrigation, and other fields.

→Lower power consumption: the extruder is equipped with a buffered forced feeding zone, which greatly reduces power consumption of the main drive motor (by 30%)The screw features a large L/D ratio of 36:1, offering strong material adaptability and excellent plasticization effect.
→Mold Interchangeability: Molds for large and small production lines are fully interchangeable, facilitating production organization, reducing inventory, and shortening delivery time.
→Easier operation: No vertical adjustment of the forming machine platform is required, and module replacement is quick and convenient
→More stable and durable: The movement tracks of modules and water circuits are smoother. Cooling water lines adopt fixed connections, eliminating water seepage and equipment wear caused by frequent pipe plugging/unplugging, thus extending service life,Shorter flow channel in the die head results in lower pressure, reducing wear and prolonging the service life of the screw and die head.
