3LPE (Three-Layer Polyethylene) coated steel pipes consist of a multi-layered structure designed for superior corrosion resistance and durability.
A complete set of Huashida O-Type Extrusion Anti-Corrosion Coating Line for 3LPE, 2LPE and FBE coatings consists of steel pipe conveying system, shot blasting system, dust collection system, pipe preheating system, electrostatic powder spraying system, adhesive & PE extrusion coating system, water cooling system, edge trimming system, hydraulic & pneumatic units, inspection system and electrical control system.
