Product Introduction

The 3LPE (Three-Layer Polyethylene) Anti-Corrosion Coating Production Line is designed for external corrosion protection of steel pipes used in oil, gas, water transmission, and industrial pipeline projects.

3PE coating line is to make anti-corrosion of kinds of steel pipes, such as single layer FBE, double layer FBE, double layer PE, double layer PP and 3PE. 
The line includes systems of steel pipe transportation, surface disposal, dust catching, pipe heating, electrostatic spraying, coating, water cooling, edge cutting, hydraulic and pneumatic device, detecting and electric controlling system. 

Coating Structure:
First Layer: Fusion-bonded epoxy powder (FBE > 120µm)
Second Layer: Adhesive (AD) 170 ~ 250µm
Third Layer: Polyethylene (PE) 1.8 ~ 4.2mm

Production Process

Upload pipes→pipes screw conveyor→rust removal of intermediate frequency heating→Epoxy powder coating→outer layer soli quid & polyethylene coating→cooling spray→pipes screw conveyor→grinding pipes, s end→unload pipes
