Fully Automatic Pre-Insulated Pipe Extrusion Production Line for pre-insulated pipe is designed by Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., LTD. It  absorbs and improves developed HDPE pipe extruding technology. It is mainly composed of working steel pipe, PU insulation layer, plastic outer protective pipe and other parts. 

The working steel pipe is in the innermost layer and assumes the conveying medium(For example: hot water, steam) function. In the middle there is a PU insulation layer, playing the role of heat preservation and insulation, which can effectively reduce heat loss. The outermost layer is a plastic outer protective tube, usually made of materials such as high-density PE. It can protect the insulation layer from the external environment erosion, but also make the pipe appearance more regular.

HDPE jacket pipe extrusion line is high-efficiency equipment with high speed and energy saving for producing HDPE pipe used as protective cover of  PU foam thermal Pre-insulated Pipe according to international standard.

The HDPE jacket pipe is produced by vacuum calibrating method with smooth internal and external wall, long service life, good anti-corrosion insulation and mechanical performance.
This line are widly used for petrol, hot water, chiller water and chemical insulation pipeline macking.

Our Purpose and Market Our purpose is to supply highest cost-effective products and the most suitable solutions to our clients, as well as intimate help and service, on this basis we reach a win-win situation. For over 14years We have exported to many foreign countries, such as Russia, Iran, Turkey, U. A. E, Sudan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, South Asia, Poland etc. 7. Guarantee and after service The guarantee period is 12 months from the date of installing, but no more than 14 months from the date of delivery. After this period we are obliged to provide with lifelong service at the expense of Buyer. During the warranty period we are responsible to provide trouble shootings and help the customer to solve the problems, provide spare parts which are broken, except breakings caused by the Buyer. We will provide the technical service train the workers from the buyers for free. We can also send technicians to the buyer's companies abroad for help installation and testing the lines. But the buyer shall pay for the round trip tickets, accommodation, transportation, medicine treatment and insurance of the technicians in foreign countries and some salary accordingly.
