The production line of polyurethane sprayed polyethylene heat-wrap insulation pipes independently developed by our company has obtained multiple national patents. According to the third-party standardized evaluation report, our technology is rated as Level 5, reaching the high level in China. This production line adopts the continuous spraying or intermittent spraying production process. It is a high degree of automation, high production efficiency, savings in raw materials, an increased closed-cell rate of foaming, a reduced water absorption rate, and a three-in-one molding method, making its performance more reliable.
