Automated Pre-Insulated Pipe Production Line with High-Pressure Air Type Polyurethane Spray Foam

The polyurethane sprayed polyethylene thermal winding preinsulation pipe production line, independently developed by Huashida, is composed of three main sections: the external shot blasting and derusting collector production line, the polyurethane spraying production line, and the PE winding production line. This production line holds numerous national patents and has been rated as having a technology advanced level of 5 by a third-party standardized evaluation, indicating that it has reached the domestic leading level. It has also been awarded the first set of technical equipment in Shandong Province.

The production line utilizes a continuous spraying process, characterized by high automation, rapid production efficiency, and raw material savings. It also features an increased foaming and closed cell rate, a lower water absorption rate, trinity molding, and enhanced reliability. The products manufactured are low-carbon and environmentally friendly, offering significant economic and social benefits.

Producing technology flow of the polyurethane coating steel preinsulated pipe equipment:

1. Remove rust from steel pipe surface

2. preheat the steel pipe to get it ready for polyurethane spraying

3. Spray polyurethane evenly on steel pipe outer surface

4. Wrap melted HDPE strap around the PU foam

5. Trim the pipe ends
