After precise high-temperature curing, the anti-corrosion powder forms a compact high-molecular crosslink protective film featuring excellent chemical corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, anti-aging performance and strong mechanical strength.

The FBE primer layer tightly adheres to treated steel pipe surfaces with outstanding bonding strength, acid & alkali resistance and superior cathodic disbondment resistance - an essential technical indicator for steel pipelines operating under harsh underground soil and oilfield working environments.

The middle polymer adhesive layer achieves perfect fusion with uncured FBE epoxy coating, then bonds firmly with the outer polyethylene protective layer, forming a stable three-layer composite steel pipe anti-corrosion system.
