Huashida 3LPE Steel Pipe Anti-Corrosion Coating Line is designed for the internal and external anti-corrosion treatment of steel pipes with various diameters. The production line is suitable for manufacturing high-quality anti-corrosion steel pipes used in oil & gas transmission, district heating, water supply, petrochemical, and offshore pipeline projects.
The equipment supports multiple coating processes, including ‘Single-Layer FBE, Double-Layer FBE, 2PE, 2PP, and 3LPE (Three-Layer Polyethylene)’ coating systems. It can be customized according to different pipe sizes, coating standards, and production capacity requirements.
The complete production line can integrate 'shot blasting, induction heating, FBE powder spraying, adhesive extrusion, polyethylene coating, cooling, inspection, and pipe conveying', ensuring stable operation, uniform coating thickness, excellent adhesion, and high production efficiency.
The 3LPE coating structure consists of three protective layers:
1. Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) primer
2.Copolymer adhesive layer
3. High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) outer layer
This proven coating system provides outstanding corrosion resistance, impact resistance, abrasion resistance, moisture protection, electrical insulation, and long-term durability, significantly extending the service life of buried and offshore steel pipelines.
