HDPE Pipe Extrusion Line for 20-2000mm Water/Gas Supply with Computerized Control

HDPE Solid Wall Pipe Extrusion Machine Tube Extruder developed by Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co. Ltd. This extrusion line is designed for producing PE, PP, PB, PERT, ABS pipes and more.

Plastic pipes produced by this line feature excellent stiffness, flexibility, high mechanical strength, resistance to environmental stress cracks, resistance to creep deformation, and heat linkage properties.

This system is the preferred choice for various applications including city gas pipes, water supply pipes, foundation pipes, landfill collection pipes, water mains, and geothermal heating systems.

• Single screw extruder with AC motor, hard-toothed surface reduction gearbox, extruding system, heating and cooling system, and electrical control components

The AC motor connects directly to the reduction gearbox, rotating the screw at precise speeds to accommodate different plastic materials.

Internal surfaces are polished and chrome-plated to ensure smooth material flow and prevent rusting. Pipe wall thickness uniformity is adjustable via bolts. Bronze calibrating sleeves cool and calibrate pipe outer diameter.

Vacuum pump exhausts air from sealed tank to pressurize fresh pipe against calibrating copper sleeve for precise outer diameter calibration. Spray nozzles provide multi-directional cooling.

The entire water supply pipe extrusion machine production line is controlled by PLC computer system for easy and convenient operation.
