This Co-Extrusion Cold Applied PE Anti-Corrosion Tape Production Line is engineered exclusively for manufacturing high-performance cold applied polyethylene anti-corrosion wrapping tape for oil & gas pipeline protection, buried pipeline anti-corrosion systems, municipal water supply, natural gas distribution, and industrial pipeline applications.

Utilizing advanced co-extrusion technology, the system converts raw materials including HDPE, LDPE, and specialized adhesive compounds into a uniform, multi-layered PE anti-corrosion tape with consistent peel strength, mechanical impact resistance, and long-term chemical durability.

Production Process
PE Base Film Extrusion

This production line adopts high-quality HDPE and LDPE as primary substrate materials. Raw polymer materials are fully melted and plasticized via the high-efficiency SJ-75X30 single-screw extruder, uniformly forced through a high-precision die head mold, and finalized using multi-roller tape-casting cooling and shaping technology.

Corona Treatment & Adhesive Coating

Before adhesive application, the PE base film undergoes corona surface treatment via the integrated 1300mm silicone stick corona processor, permanently enhancing surface energy. The integrated slot-die adhesive coating machine then applies a specially formulated high-performance adhesive compound uniformly on single or double sides.

Tension-Controlled Slitting & Multi-Station Rewinding

The final phase utilizes an automatic tension-controlled slitting system to process the coated master roll. The material is precisely slit into customized commercial widths and transferred to a high-speed multi-station rewinding unit for perfect winding.
