3LPE Coating Pipeline Field Joints 60/80°C Cross-Linked Heat Shrink Sleeve

Heat shrinkable sleeve - HSSC-1

HSSC-1 Heat shrinkable sleeve (2 layers) is developed and manufactured by Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd for anti-corrosion of pipelines. Featuring radiation cross-linked polyethylene backing and high shearing strength melt adhesive with shape memory function, this system creates a perfectly sealed surface when heated as the hot melt adhesive is squeezed into the joint by shrink power.

HSSC-1 is compatible with standard pipe coatings and can be used for coating bare pipes, replacement pipe sections, and large radius bends. The system is designed for application with minimum preheating and is ideal for different diameter oil, gas, and water pipelines.
