Unlike spiral-conveyor large-diameter coating lines, this automatic O-Type round-die co-extrusion coating line delivers uniform, continuous 3LPE coating thickness around the full pipe circumference without manual adjustment between pipe sizes.

The line includes fully integrated systems for steel pipe transmission, external shot blasting to Sa2.5 international surface cleanliness, dust collection, medium-frequency induction preheating, electrostatic FBE epoxy powder spraying, hot melt adhesive extrusion, 3LPE/2LPE polyethylene outer layer co-extrusion, water spray cooling, automated pipe end grinding/beveling, hydraulic/pneumatic operation, inspection, and full PLC automatic control - all managed by one operator.
