HDPE Solid Wall Pressure Pipe Extrusion Line

The HDPE Solid Wall Pressure Pipe Extrusion Line is engineered for the efficient production of high-quality plastic pressure pipes. Designed with advanced extrusion technology and optimized manufacturing processes, the production line delivers stable performance, high output, low energy consumption, and reliable operation.

Compatible with a wide range of thermoplastic materials, including HDPE, PE100, PE80, PP, PB, PERT, and ABS, the line is suitable for manufacturing pipes in various sizes and pressure ratings to meet different industry requirements.

The complete production line consists of a high-efficiency single-screw extruder, extrusion die and mold, vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling tank, haul-off unit, cutting machine, and stacking system. Equipped with a PLC control system and user-friendly HMI, the line ensures precise process control, simple operation, and reduced maintenance requirements.

Application:

The finished pipes are widely used in municipal water supply systems, natural gas distribution networks, industrial fluid transportation, geothermal heating projects, drainage and sewage systems, landfill leachate collection, agricultural irrigation, cable protection, and other infrastructure applications.

3. Exclusive technology for sizing and cooling system. Water film lubrication and water ring cooling are used to meet the requirements of HDPE and PP materials to ensure the stability of the diameter and roundness of the pipe in high-speed production.
4. The production line can be controlled by PLC, with a well-experienced man-machine interface, and all process parameters can be set and displayed through the touch screen.
5. The application of extrusion die and multi-layer compound co-extrusion technology greatly reduces production costs.
