  • Irradiation Crosslinking: The PE backing film undergoes professional electron-beam irradiation crosslinking treatment, obtaining stable thermal shape memory effect, excellent tensile strength, aging resistance and flame-retardant performance, which is the core process of high-quality radiation cross linked PE heat shrink sleeve.
  • Online Lamination & Shaping: The cross-linked PE film is precisely secondarily stretched, and bonded with imported high-performance hot-melt adhesive in real time, realizing integrated lamination and shaping, with ultra-high peel strength and stable shrinkage ratio.
Three-Layer Fiberglass Reinforced Process

Based on the standard production process, add automatic fiberglass unwinding, constant-temperature heating and precise leveling procedures to realize one-time continuous forming of three-layer fiber-reinforced heat shrink sleeves.
