High-Performance Spray Coated PE Wrapped Insulated Pipe for Municipal Pipelines

Huashida's independently developed pre-insulated pipe production line uses a PUR spray and PE wrapping process to manufacture large-diameter insulated steel pipes (508-1620mm) for district heating, chilled water, and oil & gas pipeline networks. The system integrates three core production sections into one turnkey line: an external pipe shot blasting and derusting line, a polyurethane spray foaming line, and a PE wrap winding production line.
