By integrating seamlessly into the (HDPE casing + PU foam) manufacturing workflow, our HDPE casing extrusion line delivers high-speed output while maintaining energy efficiency. The resulting pre-insulated pipe casing features superior anti-corrosion properties and high-precision diameter accuracy across a 110-2200mm pipe diameter range, essential for long-term underground and industrial service.

1. Advanced German Extrusion Technology Adopted

Developed by our company based on imported German pipe extrusion technology after technical digestion and optimization, stable extrusion performance, uniform plasticization of PE raw materials, and consistent pipe wall thickness.

2. Integrated All-in-One Compact Structure

The whole line integrates extrusion, vacuum sizing, water cooling, haul-off traction, fixed-length cutting and automatic unloading. Simplified layout, small floor space, easy operation and centralized control.

3. High-Precision Vacuum Sizing System

Independent vacuum sizing tank with adjustable negative pressure, stable pipe shaping, roundness error strictly controlled, effectively avoiding pipe deformation, applicable for high-standard thermal insulation jacket pipes.

4. Efficient Multi-Stage Cooling Design

Segmented circulating water cooling system with temperature separate regulation. Rapid cooling and forming of extruded pipes, greatly improving production speed without surface wrinkling or shrinkage.

5. Stable Constant-Speed Haul-off & Accurate Cutting

Rubber crawler haul-off with large clamping force, no slipping during high-speed operation; servo cutting unit realizes fixed-length precision cutting, neat pipe end without burrs, low material loss.

6. Intelligent Central PLC Control System

Equipped with  PLC and touch screen operation panel. Real-time display of temperature, speed, vacuum pressure and cutting parameters. Automatic fault alarm, easy parameter adjustment, low labor dependence.

The production process is fully automated, simple to operate, and efficient, with the following steps:
  • Vacuum feeding of PE granules
  • Hot air drying of material
  • Extrusion plasticizing
  • Mold shaping
